If you are not satisfied with your VORTEXIA order, you can return your products within 7 days of when you received your order. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
● Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product
packaging including accessories such as microfiber cloth and bag.
● Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

process. You will need to provide your order number and the shipping zip code.

Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping across the United States including all U.S. territories (5-10 business days once your order has been processed)
- 2-Day Shipping: Shipping across the United States including all U.S. territories $34.95 (2-3 business days once your order has been processed)
